About Jodani Construction & Development
Jodani had its beginnings back in 1994 as NJK Construction Pty Ltd formed by Nick and John Katsikis. In 2010 David Mollineaux joined the team and Jodani was born. Our building knowledge and expertise amongst the three company directors span a 30-year period.
Our emphasis is on building lasting and trusted relationships with our clients. The cornerstone to our business is the ability to treat every single project on its own merit and truly understand each and every client’s needs.
We have developed significant growth since our establishment and over the two decades have acquired a broad client base due to our long-standing relationships with our customers leading to repeat business and negotiated contracts with us.

Jodani offers a complete landscape garden design and build package covering all aspects of beautiful and functional landscaped gardens. Services include driveways, decking, turf, paving, planter boxes and external fencing.
Commercial
We are also engaged in commercial projects where we’ve worked on all kinds of buildings. We’ve worked on numerous childcare educational facilities over the years, studio gyms and retail shops.
